We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Agricultural Chemist who will be responsible for researching, developing, and optimizing plant nutrition products to enhance crop yield, improve soil health, and promote sustainability.

Key activities

• Prepare and mix small-scale experimental formulations of our upcoming seed coatings in Arevo's laboratory.
• Examine the quality parameters of the experimental formulations.
• Assist in process enhancements, new product development, and resolving formulation issues.
  

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Ph.D. in Agronomy, Soil Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Plant Science, or a related field with a focus on plant nutrition or seed technology.
• Demonstrated expertise in plant nutrition formulations and testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in development of seed coating formulation is required.
• Ability to self-organize in lab environments, take detailed and accurate notes during experimental work, and maintain well-documented records for reproducibility and reporting.
• Strong inner drive of finding solutions that contribute to a greener future.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams.

• Fluent in English.
