Chief Financial Officer
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Arevo, you will be a key driver of our financial strategy, ensuring the company’s financial health as we scale our operations globally in sustainable cultivation. In this role, you will oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and compliance. You will play a crucial role in securing the capital needed to support our growth by fostering strong relationships with owners and investors. Working closely with the executive team, you will ensure that our financial strategy aligns with our mission, enabling us to make long-term investments in innovation.
As part of a scale-up organization, you will be responsible for developing financial models that support both day-to-day operations and long-term growth, managing capital needs, and creating financial reports that build trust with investors. Your role will be instrumental in guiding Arevo through global expansion, ensuring we remain financially robust while scaling our impact in the agriculture industry.

Qualifications:
• Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on budgeting, financial planning, and investor relations
• Proven experience in securing capital, including managing relationships with investors and owners in a scale-up environment
• Strong leadership and financial strategy development skills, with an emphasis on supporting business growth and sustainability
• Experience with sustainability initiatives or industries related to agriculture or environmental projects is a plus
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
