Nursery expert

As a Nursery Expert at Arevo, your primary responsibility will be to support our forest nursery customers in implementing, using, and evaluating our precision nutrition solutions to optimize forest plant production. You will work closely with our clients to ensure they achieve improved plant quality, increased root growth, and reduced nitrogen leaching through the effective application of Arevo’s innovative technologies. By providing expertise and hands-on guidance, you will help customers integrate sustainable practices into their nursery operations, driving both environmental and economic benefits.
In this role, you’ll be a key partner for our customers, offering technical support, training, and consultation to maximize the impact of our products. You will also play a vital part in collecting and analyzing data from nursery operations, helping to continuously improve our solutions and contribute to the long-term success of forest plant production.

Qualifications:

•   Degree in forestry, plant science, agronomy, or a related field
•    At least 5 years of experience in forest nursery management or plant production
•    Strong knowledge of plant nutrition, especially in the context of forest plant production
•    A hands-on, solution-oriented approach to customer support
•    Ability to analyze and interpret plant growth data to help customers optimize their results
•    Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
