Meet Arevo’s new Business Development Manager

Introducing our new Business Development Manager, Tobias Klostermeier. Tobias will help partners and growers improve efficiency sustainably with Arevo’s technology and products.

Tell us a bit about your background
 
I have been working in different areas of the agricultural industry since more than 20 years now. My focus has been working together with international growers, distributors, agronomists, and researchers to deliver sustainable solutions for growers and support their daily efforts to produce healthy food on healthy soil.
     
What made you want to work at Arevo?
 
Arevo is a small organization with a huge mission. I know that sounds like a lot of startups, but what really attracted me to Arevo was the clear plan and vision, the technical knowledge and the experienced and innovative team. I share Arevo’s passion for the mission and want to be a part of creating a distinct impact that makes life easier for growers.  
     
What are you looking forward to most in your new position? 
 
Showing the impact of our solution and discussing it with the market. I look forward to receiving the feedback from our partners after them realizing the impact and the potential of changing the (fertilizer) game.  
     
Any surprises so far at Arevo?
 
Besides the surprise that Arevo can produce soy, sunflower and potato close to the artic circle 🙂.  I would say it’s the fire and passion I feel from the whole team, knowing that their personal commitment will have great impact for a rewarding mission!
