What once sparked your interest in this field or industry – and what keeps it alive today?

I was born into the forestry industry as almost everyone in my family works in the forestry industry in one way or another and has been a forest owner. My first job was as a planter at the age of eleven. What drives me today is the continuous learning and understanding of how to better manage and increase forest potential through new technology and innovation.

Is there anything in your background or experience at Arevo that you think has been particularly valuable along the way?

It is probably the understanding of how important forest management and reforestation are for us to maintain and care for the forest stock we have in Sweden. Understanding how Arevo’s products can help to increase the survival of improved seedlings is, as I see it, a key factor for the future.

What was it about Arevo that made you want to stay and grow with the company?

The foundation is that our products and brand are rooted in thorough research together with the incredible drive of our staff to constantly develop, adapt and refine. Arevo’s products and services by being bold, fresh and innovative to create value in all our business areas with different conditions whether it is forest plants in the Nordic region, or soybean farms in South America.

What do you find most exciting about what is happening at Arevo right now?

The first two things I see happening in the near future are our new products and services that we are launching to help nurseries in forestry and all the successful test results that we can start presenting for agricultural cultivation.

If you could describe Arevo in one word, what would it be and why?

Down-to-earth.

We at Arevo are passionate about – and work tirelessly every waking hour with – creating the absolute best conditions for the trees and crops that our customers and partners put in the soil. The people who work at Arevo are also innovative, welcoming and down-to-earth.
